Lord...
As the sputtering embers of the fire will soon die out,
So will we without Your guidance.
Breathe Your life into us and kindle us with Your love.
Remind us daily that we cannot sustain ourselves,
Nor gather in intensity without You and each other.
Help us to burn brightly with Your endurance and be ever vigilant for Your return.
Let us be Your Watchfire.
